CCI is very committed to chef training and education.  As a result, CCI has been honored over the years on many occasions.  Awards include “American Culinary Federation National Industry Partner” and “Associate Member of the Year” from both numerous American Culinary Federation local chapters and from various branches of the Culinary Federation in Canada.  The principals, Peter and Mary Louise Huebner were inducted into the American Academy of Chefs in 2011 as honorary members for their ongoing support of the ACF and the education of young culinarians.

For over 50 years CCI honored an exclusive arrangement with one of the largest privately owned and operated Canadian food service dealers.  The ownership of that dealer changed, resulting in the opportunity for other dealers to purchase CCI’s outstanding professional quality products.
